Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If a return is made, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding holidays), with a handling time of 3-5 business days.
All shipments are tracked, and you can view details including carrier, tracking ID, shipping speed, and status through "My Orders" on our website. Shipping insurance is included for Economy and Express shipments, providing coverage against loss or damage during transit. Please be aware that international shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and other fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
For specific country requirements, certain countries may request additional documentation such as tax IDs or identification numbers, and failure to provide this may result in delays. Please consult your local customs office for more details.
Return & Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you can request a return within 7 days of receiving your item. To qualify for a return, the item must be in unworn, unused, and unopened condition, with all original packaging, tags, and documentation intact. Please note that items must not show signs of misuse, tampering, or alteration.
If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will assess the issue and provide a solution to ensure your satisfaction.
Certain items are non-returnable, including perishable goods and personal care products such as beauty items that are already opened. Sale items and gift cards are also excluded from returns.

After the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please note, the refund processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.
For exchanges, the quickest way to receive a new item is by returning the original item and placing a new order separately.
